Overview
Course Description
This foundational course is designed to support early learners in Grades 1 to 3 through interactive, engaging lessons across key subjects including Mathematics, English Language, and Integrated Science, with additional topics in Life Skills, Creative Arts, Social Studies, and Digital Literacy. Aligned with national learning standards, the course builds core skills in literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and communication while nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence. More lessons and activities will continue to load to support holistic child development and classroom integration.
What you'll learn
- Recognize and name all letters of the alphabet (uppercase and lowercase).
- Identify beginning and ending sounds in words.
- Read and write simple words and short sentences.
- Listen to and retell familiar stories using key details.
- Use basic punctuation (capital letters, full stops).
Requirements
- Exercise books, pencils, erasers, ruler, and crayons
- Storybooks, charts, and number cards (as available)
- Adult support to assist with instructions, activities, and feedback
- Encouragement for daily practice and review
- Willingness to engage in activities, group work, songs, and hands-on exercises
